Theatrical language and Literature are identified here as privileged tools for pedagogical and training intervention. Through the documentation of some operational interventions, in particular that of the American Jean Trounstine, the paper intends to contribute to the need to foster an attentive collective conscience, with particular reference to people deprived of personal freedom, to promote inclusion processes and to enhance the potential of each.
