Abstract

The telling of the disease included in clinical care practices
improves the treatment process and the therapeutic relationship between patient and healthcare provider. The Public Health of Evidence Based Medicine, centered on a classificatory-descriptive approach to pathologies, depersonalizes treatments and considers the patient an “aggregate of symptoms” not a person. How to train carers to use the narrative device to improve the level of health care?
