Managerial training: between innovation and corporate welfare

The aim of the following contribution is to focus on the meaning and importance of training of managerial figures in the complex organizational context. In training for highly qualified figures with more specialized skills: in this process innovation plays a fundamental role in which training is not reduced to an up-skilling and re-skilling of the workers. The contribution offers the opportunity to read corporate training with a pedagogical perspective in which relationships and corporate welfare are the real protagonists of the training process.
