In this paper I propose a pedagogical reflection on the formation of guidance skill, as it can take place in educational institutions. In every order and degree, a teaching in guidance function aims ti interpret the real needs of each student in relation to the disciplines creating the conditions for an active look at the real; this attributes its professional trait. It would not be such if, however, it did not carry out within itself the satisfaction of a constitutive need of the person: that of existing with a meaning, to seek the meaning of “knowledge” and “skill”. I denote this process of signifying things by resorting to meaningful, generative, experiential teaching and learning styles.
