Teacher professionalism facing digital revolution and complexity

This article tackles the transformation of the working processes in the school context. The standpoint is the paradigm of complexity and new digital technologies revolution. Analyzing Irish and Italian teachers at post-primary school, a multidimensional model of competence is presented.
