Among the qualities of today’s worker, the ability to be resilient is probably one of the most characteristic ones that can be the real transformative differentiator within organizational contexts. The evolutionary processes of organizations, reflecting the sudden changes, especially on the economic front, require workers capable of creating value with their work, innovating, but also producing something more intangible: generating well-being for themselves and for the organization. It’s a process of co-construction, a multi-headed, multi-soul participative work.
