What pedagogy, as a complex science, recognises in work is its emancipatory dimension but also its capacity to configure itself as a context of inclusion, participation and citizenship capable of enhancing subjectivity, diversity and well-being. Usually, when we talk about corporate welfare we refer only to legal, economic or management-related aspects. In fact, the professional figures that deal with ‘care’ and ‘welfare’ in organisations all too often lack adequate humanistic training in the face of organisations that increasingly require the valorisation of intangible assets and cross-cutting skills.
