Abstract

Autobiographical practice offers the possibility to reflect on one's life paths and give them new meaning, recognising and sometimes re-creating one's own identity. Starting from the interweaving of the narratives of women from different cultures, this contribution aims to show the importance of the autobiographical method as an effective device for identity recognition and as a tool for resilience and self-care. Especially when it is addressed to people in a particularly emotional fragile and precarious existential condition.
